Welcome to OUROX. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

OUROX reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product

 

3. Orders & Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation.

After placing an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your details before processing and shipping.

OUROX reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The customer cannot be reached
  • Incorrect information is provided
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Egypt only.

Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping fees may vary, and free shipping is available on orders above 1500 EGP.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

 

5. Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Instapay
  • Vodafone Cash
  • Credit / Debit Cards

All payments must be completed or confirmed before order processing (except COD).

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories included

Shipping fees:

  • Covered by OUROX if the product is defective
  • Paid by the customer if returning for personal reasons

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 

7. No Warranty Disclaimer

OUROX does not provide warranty on products unless explicitly stated.

Warranty applies only to original (authentic) items, if mentioned in the product description.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

OUROX shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
