We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging
• With all included accessories

 

Return Shipping Fees

• If the product has a defect or issue from our side, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available under the same conditions and within the same timeframe (48 hours).

 

Important Notes

• We do not offer product inspection before shipping.
• Warranty is only applicable for original (authentic) products, if stated.
• OUROX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
